Chris Manolopoulos CBI

Chris Manolopoulos, has over 21 years of business experience in the Lower Mainland of B.C. Being self-employed since 1987, he has operated a diverse selection of businesses, from hospitality, to the automotive industry, has been involved in property development, commercial real estate transactions, and property management. He has also consulted in business development, planning, and management.
From operations employing anywhere between 3 to 50 employees, Chris has owned and managed successfully over the years.

Working through all the facets of a business, from concept, to a viable, sustainable entity. Chris has been able to provide realistic business plans for financing, organizing and implementing construction and/or renovations, source dependable suppliers; and the purchase or lease of equipment. He is proficient in organizing, training and maintaining staff; deciding on a grand openings or soft openings; day-to-day operations of the business; marketing and promotions; and lease negotiations.

Through his experience, Chris has found that regardless of the type of business he operated, the foundation and principles of business did not change.

Chris is a native of BC, living in White Rock and Vancouver, has completed his Canadian Securities Course (CSC), is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and holds a BC Real Estate License.
