Gordon W. Richman B.Sc.Pharm.Hnrs., M.B.A., CBI

Gordon has 32 years of business experience in large corporations and small startup ventures, and a sincere commitment to deliver on his business broker intermediary responsibilities. As the chief executive of a retail drug store chain, he developed and grew the business into a national franchise organization increasing sales over 500% in 5 years.

As an executive committee member he was responsible for the planning, management and financial performance of - a multi-million dollar wholesale business, - a large network computer company, - a large medical office software company and - a multi-million dollar manufacturer of health products. Prior, he was the pharmacy Director and Department Manager of a large grocery organization responsible for developing the pharmacy as well as its operation. Gordon has experience starting up and running a diverse background of companies including an international import/distribution company, a manufacturing company, and a private label affinity club and worked in strategic planning consulting.

Gordon holds an honors degree in Pharmacy, from the University of Alberta, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia. He held the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia for 13 years, lecturing in accounting and financial analysis and received the Dean’s Certificate of Merit in recognition of his contribution.

He has served on various boards and committees in various industry sectors and is presently a Director of the British Properties Area Homeowners Association, is involved with skiing, and has coached soccer for 12 years.

Gordon holds a BC Real Estate Trading Services License and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation.
