Ju-Ching Peng
 The global village is truly in our own backyard. Ju-Ching Peng brings a unique perspective to Sunbelt Business Brokers Pacific. Receiving both an Eastern and Western education, traveling extensively and having experience in International Trade between China & North America, she is truly a global citizen and has a real understanding of the differences and subtleties between cultures.
With rapid economic growth in Asia, business investment activities between Asia and North America are on the rise; meanwhile, Asian communities in Canada are growing at an incredible rate, creating a culture fusion.
Ju-Ching is excited to bring the Sunbelt Pacific expertise and process to both Vancouver’s Asian community and foreign investors from abroad. She has bachelor degrees in Sociology and Economics from National Taiwan University and has an MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia.
The Asian and Western business communities often speak a different language. Vancouver’s multinational diversity makes it the perfect place to generate market synergies from both the East & the West. Ju-Ching is creating a dialogue between these two worlds in order to help both Sellers and Buyers achieve their goals. Using a systematic transaction process and comprehensive financial evaluation, Ju-Ching can provide a very high quality of service to business owners in local Asian communities who may want to retire and to those new entrepreneurs who are looking for sustainable business investment opportunities.
Ju-Ching lives in Vancouver, and is a member of the International Business Broker Association. She is a licensed BC realtor under the Province of British Columbia.
