STEFAN RECHTORIK B.COM.
 Stefan Rechtorik has a business background in financial and information technology with 25 years progressive international and domestic experience. As an owner of businesses both in Canada and in South Africa and as a consultant at senior executive levels, he understands business from the first principle.
Throughout his career Stefan has deployed creative business management thinking, innovative transformation approaches and advanced technology to realize substantial improvements in organizational performance. His passion has been in the theory and practice of performance improvement of organizations (Business Process Reengineering, Business Transformations, Business Solutions Development and Change Management), focused in the area of finance in general, and banking in particular.
His collective business experience and specialized knowledge of business performance has equipped Stefan to help others who are looking to buy or sell a business.
Stefan completed his undergraduate studies in Czechoslovakia (Diploma in Electrical Engineering) and graduate studies in South Africa. He holds B. Comm. and M.Sc. degrees. He also completed banking exams, delivered presentations on Mental Model Re-engineering (AIC seminars) and lectured on Business Process Development and Management. Stefan also holds a BC Real Estate Trading Services License and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association.
