This full
service motel is located near the Alaska/Yukon border. From
March to October this easy to manage facility caters to commercial
and private traffic on the only north country highway. Guests
include commercial travelers, government employees, and tourists
(including tourists on bus tours following Alaska cruises).
Services include a large restaurant, cocktail lounge, gas bar,

and satellite T.V. From March to October, the motel runs at
over 90% occupancy. In the winter months, the gas bar remains
